Visit Chang International Circuit (Buriram)

Nothing to do with a monument but located just behind the football stadium the Buriram circuit is ambitious. Fitting the standards of the FIA, it regularly hosts motorcycle or car races and despite its young age (it was completed in 2014), it is on the calendar of the MotoGP Grand prix calendar since 2018 and hopes one day host a Formula 1 grand prix.

Note that if you want to race too, there are 2 kart circuits in the vicinity. The most modest and the cheapest is the Silachai Go Kart, just opposite the stadium.
