Departure from your hotel around 8:30 a.m.
Direction, the Wat Rong Khun, the famous White Temple in Chiang Rai. This is the monument that you absolutely must see when you come to Chiang Raï! Work of the Thai artist Chalermchai Kositpipat, it is a magnificent and surprising building.
You will then set off to attack the mountains and climb to more than 1,500 meters to admire the landscapes, cross the villages of the mountain ethnic groups, discover the coffee plantations and the work from the berries to the roasted coffee . You will then go to a small, serene place that only the locals know for a timeless moment.
After a meal in a local restaurant with a breathtaking view of the mountains, you will go back down to the plain to visit Wat Huay Prakan where a giant statue of Guan Yin, Chinese goddess of Compassion, sits. A superb white staircase with majestic dragons on the banisters leads there. You can also take the elevator and go up to the statue of the goddess for a commanding view.
Then, you will end your day at the Blue Temple of Chiang Raï. Also magnificent both inside and out. The entrance tickets to the places visited are included in the price of this tour (this represents 200 THB per person), lunch and drinks (excluding alcohol) too.Indicative price:
