What to see in Prachuap Khiri Khan

In Prachuap Khiri Khan, it is especially the temple on a hill and its horde of monkeys that people visit before or after enjoying Ao Manao beach. But in the surrounding countryside, there are also interesting places like Sam Roi Yot about fifty kilometers in the North. Do not hesitate to go to the tourist office they are very good advice.

Must-visits in Prachuap Khiri Khan

Wat Thammikaram Prachuap Khiri Khan

Wat Thammikaram

วัดธรรมิการาม
My opinion :
built on the top of a hill, it is the first thing you will see when you arrive in Prachuap. The building itself is not very impressive but the view on the city and the bay is beautiful. The other attraction of the ascent to this temple are the monkeys that you encounter on the way to the top.
Phraya Nakhon Cave Prachuap Khiri Khan

Phraya Nakhon Cave

ถำพระยานคร
My opinion :
It is the highlight of any visit to the Sam Roi Yod National Park. This beautiful cave hosts a small Royal Pavilion which is often illuminated by a ray of light coming from the opening at the top of the cave. A relaxing and very photogenic place which is also the emblem of the province.
