Visit Saturday Walking Street (Chiang Rai)

Every Saturday evening, Thanalai Road (see map below) in Chiang Rai city center becomes pedestrian for a few hours and hosts a large night market that you can only find Thailand. Various stalls for shopping souvenirs, artcrafts, clothes and of course many Street Food stalls to compose your dinner. A great place to go on Saturday evening, even if personally, I have a small preference for its twin sister who is held on Sunday in another street, the Sunday Walking Street.
