Trang, a little south-east from Krabi, is accessible by train, bus or plane. Travelers who want to go to Krabi by train get of in Trang before finishing the trip by bus (bus Trang-Krabi and Krabi-Trang every hour). From Bangkok there are between one and two flights to Trang per day depending on the day of the week. By bus from Bangkok, it's a dozen hours travel.
