To go to Railay ?
You can only reach Railay by boat. Some resorts in Railay have their own speedboat shuttles that connect Ao Nang (20 km from Krabi) or another pier near Krabi to Railay. Otherwise, longtail boats will take you there from Ao Nang or the Ao Nam Mao Pier or the Chao Fah Pier in Krabi town. Expect a journey of between 15 minutes and 45 minutes and a price of 100 to 150 THB per trip. In high season, ferries also arrive from Koh Phi Phi and Koh Lanta.Buses and minivans to Railay

From Railay, you can easily return to Krabi (Chao Fah Pier or Ao Nam Mao Pier) or Ao Nang either by longtail boats or by your hotel's shuttle service if available (usually, hotel speedboats drop you off at Ao Nang beach only).
