Thai cuisine is reputed to be one of the best in the world, particularly due to the variety of its flavors, ingredients and spices. A Thai Chef in Koh Samui will welcome you to her home to teach you how to choose ingredients and cook 5 traditional Thai dishes.
Details
You can choose to take the Thai cuisine cooking classes in the morning or the afternoon. You will cook 5 traditional thai dishes (1 starter, 3 main dishes and 1 dessert). For each you will have the choice between 2 possibilities.
The Thai chef will pick you up to take you to her home, a house by the sea with a completely open kitchen. She will start by making you discover all the vegetables and spices from the garden necessary for the preparation of the dishes. In a small committee, maximum 6 people, she will introduce you to the Thai culinary art and will give you all the secrets and tips to make your preparations a success and be able to cook them again at home with family or friends. At the end of the course, you will eat your cooking and be given a small recipe book of the main Thai dishes to redo them once you go back home.
