Located in northern Thailand, Nan Province is a captivating destination that captivates with the unspoiled natural beauty of its mountain landscapes, ancient history and rural charm. The most famous monument is Wat Phumin, which houses the ancient mural The Whisperer which has become the symbol of the province. The city, formerly fortified, has other remarkable temples, an interesting museum and can be visited pleasantly by bike.
