The old and new palaces of the governor of the province are built right next to each other and have become the museum of Phatthalung (it is on the name Phatthalung Museum ) that you will find them on GoogleMap for example). This is not for me a priority visit if your time in Phatthalung is short but interesting for those interested in history. Attention by cons, days and hours of operation. I found the nearby Wat Wang temple more interesting.

One of the local buses goes there but I didn't spot its line number. As for me, I went there by using one of Merdelong Hotel's bicycles.
