The main activities that tourists do in Koh Yao Noi are enjoying the scenery, relaxing on the beach, and taking excursions to visit Phang Nga Bay. Some fishermen also offer tours to fish or go to the small Koh Nok island.

I also enjoyed cycling around Koh Yao Noi, especially through the rice fields. Apart from two big climbs, it's quite easy. Otherwise, there are also diving excursions leaving from here, kayaking, yoga, even rock climbing, and a few spas and massage parlors.
