About Thailand Mountain Trails (TMT)

Thailand Mountain Trail (TMT Trails) is a small agency offering treks in the mountains of Thailand. It was founded by Sebastien Bertrand. Passionate about nature and trail running, he wanted to move away from classic routes and create his own routes, explore his own paths. He, therefore, traveled the mountains between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai for a year to meet the hill tribes, the small villages and find all the unmapped paths that have existed for centuries to draw the TGR1, Thailand's first GR footpath.

Since then, via his agency, he has been offering unique trek programs ranging from a 4-5 hours trek to climb up Doi Suthep mount and reach its temple in a unique trek crossing waterfalls to much more sporty treks over several days. TMT Trails also plans to organize mountain bike tours in the Thai mountains.
