This festival, held in the village of Tonpao, in the San Kamphaeng district near Chiang Mai, puts traditionalSaa paper in the spotlight. This paper is espcially used to make traditonal umbrellas. The festival is also a good opportunity to visit the Bo Sang Umbrella Manufacturing Center which is a few kilometers away.
