Practical guide to go and visit Koh Sichang

Small lovely island, Koh Sichang is off Si Racha 120 km southeast from Bangkok and 20 km north from Pattaya. This is an unspoiled. Every weekend and holidays many Thai come to relax and eat seafood there. Stony, surrounded by a turquoise sea, Ko Sichang offers splendid landscapes and small lovely beaches uncrowded on weekday. This is also an interesting place to visit with its temples perched on hills offering a beautiful view of the port and its former royal palace where Vimanmek Palace which was deconstructed and reconstructed in Bangkok was built. You can still see the design of foundations on the ground.
Ko Sichang is very small, you quickly go around it by motobike, but it's interesting to spend at least one night on the island. The atmosphere is much more authentic than on the other islands in the area. For the record, this is on Koh Sichang that the thai lakhorn Game Rai Game Rak with Urassaya Yaya and Nadech was filmed.
We only regret the many cargo ships in the surrounding sea but they are far enough to be forgotten quickly. Ko Si Chang, one of our favorite island in Thailand!
