Bua Thong Waterfall isn't the most beautiful or impressive one in Chiang Mai province but it's probably the most fun to visit. Why? Because of the peculiarity, its nickname of
Sticky Waterfall tells us. The limestone stream of this 100-meter-high waterfall is not slippery as the beds of waterfalls usually are. Here, the natural milky-colored coating is rough and grips the feet. So you can climb the waterfall very easily. This is why visitors come here:

It's fun to do and requires little effort. On the parts with a slightly steeper slope, there are ropes to help.
