Thailand 7th country in the world where expats are the more happy
A recent study listed the top 10 countries in the world where expatriates are the happier to live. Thailand ranks7th.
The ranking is based on a HSBC study with more than 9,000 people in 100 countries. Asian countries are particularly present, they are very attractive for expatriates with a very advantageous cost of living for Western and a pleasant way of life. There are six Asian countries in the top 10.

According to the survey, Thailand is popular with expatriates because the cost of living is relatively low. By cons, even if they make a good living, quality of life is pretty average, especially regarding housing that remain more or less the same standard as before departure. Last year, Thailand was the top country where epxatriés were happiest.
