Thailand: curfew lifted in Pattaya, Koh Samui and Phuket

The decision was announced this morning and may open the door to other curfew lifts even if the announcement made clear that the curfew will remain in place from midnight to 4 am in the rest of the country.
The curfew was lifted after complaints tourist operators who lost a lot of money because of the obligation to close before midnight and the fact that it scared some travelers who change plans and did not come to Thailand.
