Thailand Constitutional Court removes PM Yingluck from office
Thailand Prime Minister was risking losing her job because of two court cases, including the Thawil case for which the verdict was delivered this morning : Yingluck Shinawatra must go.

After the earthquake in the province of Chiang Rai, 2 days ago, it is a political earthquake that just happened in Thailand. Accused of abuse of power, the sister of former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, who was convicted for corruption and since in exile, Yingluck has been declared guilty this morning. The transfer in 2011 of a senior official, Thawil Pliensri was considered done for her personal interest as she placed at the head of the police one of her relatives. The Constitutional Court of Thailand who heard Yingluck Shinawatra yesterday, under Articles 266-268 of the Constitution, put an end this morning to her Prime Minister position. She must immediately leave office. The rest of government by cons is allowed to remain in place.
This decision does not put an end to the political instability in Thailand that lasts for months. The Red Shirts, traditional supporters of Shinawatra family, will certainly organize major demonstration starting today in Bangkok to challenge that decision. Be careful if you stay in the thai capital city. Avoid gatherings.
