Thai Recipe: sticky rice with mango

Today, we give you the recipe for the most famous dessert in Thailand and probably the most popular one too: sticky rice with mango. A very simple recipe!

For 4 people:
– 200 g. sticky rice
– 260 ml of coconut milk
– 100 g. of sugar
– 1/4 tsp. teaspoon of salt
– 5 mangoes

Preparation:
Put sticky rice in war water for 2 hours then cook it. The cooking time depends on the rice, it is around half an hour.
When it is still hot mix it with coconut milk, sugar and salt. The rice is ready.

Peel the mangoes, remove the core and cut them into slices.

Serve them with the coconut rice.
