Visit Bang Noi floating market (Amphawa)

Bang Noi Floating Market is about 5 kilometers from the Amphawa Floating Market. Historically the canal on which it is installed already hosted a local floating market more than a century ago. With wooden shops and a small museum with potteries recovered from the Mae Klong river installed along the canal, it is much like Amphawa but with less charm and attracts fewer people. If you come here, you can visit the amazing Wat Bang Kung imprisoned in the roots of a tree. Temple which is also on the program of the boat tours offered from Amphawa.

More active in the morning, Bang Noi Floating Market remains nevertheless, as for me, the least interesting of the 4 floating markets within a radius of 20 kilometers : Amphawa, Damnoen Saduak, Tha Kha dnd Bang Noi.
