The Laem Sor Pagoda is located at the end of Bang Kao beach, just before the Khao Chedi in the South of Koh Samui. If architecturally, it is a quite simple and common pagoda, its location on the beach and tis story makes it interesting. At a hundred meters from the pagoda, you will find a building called Boat Hall with glass walls. It contains a small boat and the wax figure of the monk who built the pagoda. This monk is very revered, the faithful who come here, if their wishes are realized, buy a small model boat and deposit it in the big boat.
