Not far from Wat Pho and its friendly little herbal sauna, is the Yang Na Yai Tree, a huge tree that is known as the largest of its kind in Thailand. For those interested in botany, the scientific name of the Yang Na Yai tree is Diptcrocarpus alatus. The one you will find here is 53 meters high and 4 centuries old.
