Once at the top, there are several places: a platform only dedicated to the viewpoint, an uncovered terrace with tables, the closest to the sea, and a floor above, offering a little more dominant view without forgetting a small air-conditioned room.
You can come and eat or drink nothing after paying for the entrance ticket. But generally people come to Khao Thong Hill for a drink. Any consumption will see its price reduced by part of the entrance ticket. The restaurant menu offers international food such as burgers or pizzas and Thai cuisine. It's obviously a little more expensive than in a restaurant without a view, but it's still affordable. Nothing extraordinary on the plate, in my opinion, but the view is extraordinary and the food okay. Their pastries are good. Especially the almond croissant.
This is one of the best places in Krabi to watch the sunset. But if you come up there for sunset, remember that it closes shortly after dark. The place is becoming more and more famous and attracts more and more people. Especially with the social media campaign they are doing. But it's definitely worth it!

Open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.Once arrived, you cannot go up by the road that leads to the restaurant, you must park in the parking lot and buy a ticket at 50 THB per person (including 30 THB reduction on consumption, drinks or food) and there is a pickup service that drives you up and down you to the parking lot once you're done. The motorcycles you will see at the top are those of the staff. It's free for children under 1m10.

Khaothong Hill is about thirty kilometers from Ao Nang by car. No public transport can take your so to to come to Khaothong Hill, you will need have your own means of transport.
