The Ang Thong Marine Park near Koh Samui island is one of the most beautiful of its kind in Thailand. It is definitely a must visit if you are in Samui or Koh Phangan.
Details
You will be picked up at your hotel around 8am to be taken to the embarkation port in the North of Samui island (Bangrak Bay or Maenam). The team will welcome you there and get on boat with you. Entrance fees to Ang Thong National Park will be requested before boarding the speedboat. After a short hour of crossing, you will be in the heart of the maritime park ready to dive into its green waters with a mask and snorkel (provided) to discover the coral reefs and multicolored fish.
After a 15-minute climb via footbridges and stairs, you will dominate the Ang Thong emerald lake for a spectacular view.
The meal will be served at the beach, in the shade of coconut trees with a buffet of several Thai dishes. You will then have some time for swimming in the sea. Then in the afternoon, you will climb to the top summit and be rewarded for this quite sporty ascent with the exceptional view overlooking the islands of Ang Thong Marine Park? The you can relax on the beach or go for a kayaking session along the rocks.
Around 3:30 p.m., it will be time to head back to Samui with lots of beautiful memories. Arrival at your hotel between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
