{"id":6157,"date":"2015-05-30T09:16:58","date_gmt":"2015-05-30T07:16:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thailandee.com\/blog\/?p=6157"},"modified":"2015-05-30T09:16:58","modified_gmt":"2015-05-30T07:16:58","slug":"cuisiner-thai-gambas-sauce-chuchee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thailandee.com\/blog\/index.php\/6157-cuisiner-thai-gambas-sauce-chuchee","title":{"rendered":"Cuisiner tha\u00ef: Gambas sauce chuchee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>J&#8217;en avais mang\u00e9es d&#8217;excellentes dans un restaurant tha\u00ef \u00e0 Paris (Im Thai Gourmet pour ne pas le citer), j&#8217;ai voulu r\u00e9essayer chez moi de faire des <strong>gambas sauce chuchee<\/strong>. <a href=\"\/videos\/cuisiner-thai-4\" target=\"_blank\">Recette tha\u00eflandaise <\/a>pour 4.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5437\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5437\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5437\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thailandee.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/im-thai-gourmet-600x401.jpg\" alt=\"gambasses chuchee\" width=\"600\" height=\"401\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thailandee.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/im-thai-gourmet-600x401.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.thailandee.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/im-thai-gourmet-624x416.jpg 624w, https:\/\/www.thailandee.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/im-thai-gourmet.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5437\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Les gambasses sauce Chuchee: un r\u00e9gal !<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients :\u00a0<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>300g de gambas<\/li>\n<li>40 cl de lait de coco<\/li>\n<li>p\u00e2te de curry tha\u00ef rouge (se trouve dans les magasins asiatiques)<\/li>\n<li>sucre<\/li>\n<li>Sauce de poissons ou Nuoc Man (naam pla en tha\u00ef)<\/li>\n<li>coriandre fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>4 feuilles de citron kaffir (l\u00e0 aussi, voir dans les supermarch\u00e9s asiatique)<br \/>(\u00e0 d\u00e9faut vous pouvez les remplacer par un zeste de citron vert)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration de la sauce chuchee:<\/h2>\n<p>Dans un wok, \u00e0 feu vif, fa\u00eetes chauffer 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe\u00a0<strong>p\u00e2te de curry rouge<\/strong> avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de <strong>lait de coco<\/strong> en m\u00e9langeant pour obtenir une sauce uniforme. Laisser sur le feu quelques minutes puis ajouter le reste du lait de coco.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez la <strong>sauce de poisson<\/strong>, les feuilles de <strong>citron kaffir<\/strong> cisel\u00e9es en fines lamelles (sans les tiges), le sucre et poivrez abondamment (5-6 tours de moulin).<\/p>\n<p>Laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux 15-20 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce la sauce ait r\u00e9duit et se soit \u00e9paissie tout en remuant de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez les coriandre fra\u00eeche cisel\u00e9e et m\u00e9langez. Au bout de 30 secondes, coupez le feu.
