Et puis, il y a des nouveaut\u00e9s tous les jours comme le poulet catapult\u00e9 par exemple. Pas forc\u00e9ment pratique \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser chez soi, si on habite en appartement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Flying chicken Bangkok\" src=\"http:\/\/i1.ytimg.com\/vi\/JxfCyzbvJ1w\/hqdefault.jpg\" width=\"100\" \/><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JxfCyzbvJ1w\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il ne s&#8217;agit pas d&#8217;une nouvelle fa\u00e7on de cuisiner le volatile mais plus d&#8217;une technique particuli\u00e8re pour le servir une fois cuit. En effet, dans une banlieue de Bangkok, le <strong>restaurant Ka Tron<\/strong> est connu depuis vingt-six ans pour ses poulets frits volants. Charg\u00e9s dans une catapulte, ils s&#8217;envolent dans la salle et sont rattrap\u00e9s par un serveur perch\u00e9 sur un monocycle arm\u00e9 d&#8217;un casque \u00e0 pointe, d&#8217;un pic dans chaque main et d&#8217;un autre coinc\u00e9 entre ses dents, il parvient, anfin pas toujours, \u00e0 rattraper quatre volailles \u00e0 chaque passage. Un num\u00e9ro de cirque qui a fait la r\u00e9putation de l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement et qui rajoute du folklore. Par contre, \u00e7a ralentit un peu le service surtout si le monocycleux est maladroit. Une fois les acrobaties finies, le poulet vous sera somme toute servi assez normalement dans une assiette. Ce serait plus marrant si c&#8217;\u00e9tait au client de rattraper son repas lui-m\u00eame, sans \u00eatre perch\u00e9 sur un v\u00e9lo un roue par contre&#8230; Le Canadien Bob Blumer a pu s&#8217;y essayer (voir la vid\u00e9o ci-dessus). Peut-\u00eatre que si vous leur demandez vous aurez aussi le droit de tenter l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience ? Ah, oui pardon, il para\u00eet qu&#8217;on est oblig\u00e9 de le dire maintenant: <em>jouer avec la nourriture, c&#8217;est pas bien
