Depuis la fin de la semaine derni\u00e8re, un peu \u00e0 la surprise g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le gouvernement tha\u00eflandais tr\u00e8s contest\u00e9 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’envoyer la police pour reprendre les sites occup\u00e9s par les manifestants qui demandent sa d\u00e9mission depuis des mois. C’est dans ce contexte que Suthep Thaugsuban, leader de la contestation, a appel\u00e9 ses troupes \u00e0 livrer la “bataille d\u00e9cisive”<\/em> demain.<\/p>\n

Le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Comit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9forme d\u00e9mocratique populaire (People’s Democratic Reform Committee PDRC en Anglais) a appel\u00e9 les gens de tout le pays \u00e0 venir \u00e0 Bangkok pour un rassemblement massif, demain, pour \u00e9vincer la Premier ministre Yingluck Shinawatra, soeur de Thaksin Shinawatra en exil, et son gouvernement.<\/p>\n

Alors que de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 le directeur du Centre pour le maintien de la paix et de l’ordre (CMPO) , Chalerm Yubamrung, a annonc\u00e9 que ses troupes rouvriront la “Maison du gouvernement” le m\u00eame jour pour que ce dernier puisse reprendre normalement le travail apr\u00e8s plus de deux mois de fermeture en raison des manifestations.<\/p>\n

Suthep n’a pas encore d\u00e9taill\u00e9 son plan de “bataille” mais il devrait mener ses partisans de Pathumwan \u00e0 la Government House et essayer d’y maintenir le blocage pour emp\u00eacher Yingluck de travailler. Alors qu’un autre groupe men\u00e9 par l’ex-d\u00e9mocrate Thaworn Senneam se rassemblera au minist\u00e8re de l’Int\u00e9rieur pour emp\u00eacher toute tentative des forces de l’ordre de reprendre le site. Les secteurs de la Government House et du minist\u00e8re de l’Int\u00e9rieur sont donc \u00e0 \u00e9viter demain \u00e0 Bangkok<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Le 19 f\u00e9vrier sera aussi le jour o\u00f9 de nombreux agriculteurs, m\u00e9contents des retards de paiement du gouvernement dans le cadre de son programme d’achat du riz se r\u00e9uniront \u00e0 Bangkok et o\u00f9 le tribunal civil rendra sa d\u00e9cision sur la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 ou non du d\u00e9cret d’\u00e9tat d’urgence impos\u00e9 \u00e0 Bangkok par le gouvernement et qui lui sert de cadre pour mener ses op\u00e9rations de dispersion des manifestants.<\/p>\n

Quant \u00e0 savoir si ce sera bien la derni\u00e8re bataille du PDRC, l’avenir le dira mais il semble peu probable qu’il jette l’\u00e9ponge. Quelque soit le r\u00e9sultat de cette journ\u00e9e de mobilisation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
