Un plat assez relev\u00e9 dont vous pouvez demander une version <em>&#8220;mai sai pik&#8221;<\/em> plus fade. Mais si c&#8217;est vous qui cuisinez, \u00e0 vous de doser selon vos go\u00fbts !<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Recette du Pad Krapao Moo\" src=\"https:\/\/i.ytimg.com\/vi\/n-FJDGzbbOc\/maxresdefault.jpg\" alt=\"Pad Krapao Moo recette\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile de tournesol<\/li>\n<li>7 gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>petits piments verts coup\u00e9s en deux dans la longueur ( quantit\u00e9 selon vos go\u00fbts)<\/li>\n<li>500 g de porc coup\u00e9 tr\u00e8s finement presque hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>4 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>Sel et poivre<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce d\u2019hu\u00eetre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sauce de poisson<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre<\/li>\n<li>2 belles poign\u00e9es de feuilles de basilic sacr\u00e9 (krapao) ou \u00e0 d\u00e9faut basilic tha\u00ef (plus \u00e9pic\u00e9s que notre basilic \u00e0 nous)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<p>Fa\u00eetes cuire du riz pour 4 personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour pr\u00e9parer le porc, faites chauffer de l\u2019huile dans un wok \u00e0 feu vif. Ajoutez l\u2019ail et les piments et laissez-les colorer tout en remuant, puis ajoutez la viande de porc.<\/p>\n<p>Cuisez 5 minutes en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Baissez le feu et couvrez pour maintenir au<br \/>\nchaud.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez les oeufs fa\u00e7on oeuf au plat. Faites chauffer de l&#8217;huile dans une po\u00eale. Cassez-y les \u0153ufs et faites-les cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les jaunes soient pris, puis salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n<p>Reprenez la pr\u00e9paration du porc. Enlevez le couvercle du wok. Assaisonnez avec la sauce d\u2019hu\u00eetre, la sauce soja et la sauce de poisson. Puis ajoutez le sucre et les feuilles de basilic.<br \/>\nLaissez cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les feuilles de basilic se ramollissent.<\/p>\n<p>Reste plus qu&#8217;\u00e0 servir.
