Il accueillera le public pour la derni\u00e8re fois vendredi soir avant de c\u00e9der la place \u00e0 son rempla\u00e7ant flambant neuf.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 560px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Le nouveau Lumpini Boxing Stadium\" alt=\"Le nouveau stade de Lumpinee\" src=\"http:\/\/www.muaythailumpinee.net\/picture\/web_gallery\/IMG_4090.JPG\" width=\"560\" height=\"374\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Le nouveau Lumpini Boxing Stadium en pleine construction<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re comp\u00e9tition de boxe tha\u00efe au stade de Lumpini a eu lieu le 15 mars 1956. Le complexe dans le centre de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thailandee.com\/villes\/bangkok.php\">Bangkok<\/a> pr\u00e8s du Parc Lumphini, g\u00e9r\u00e9 par l&#8217;Arm\u00e9e royale tha\u00eflandaise, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e. Il est l&#8217;un des sept principaux stades de Muay Thai en Tha\u00eflande et le plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre du pays et sans doute du monde bien avant le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thailandee.com\/adresses-bangkok\/ratchadamnoen-boxing-stadium-bangkok-117\">Ratchadamnoen Boxing Stadium<\/a>, l&#8217;autre grand stade de Bangkok pourtant plus ancien.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le D\u00e9partement de la Protection de l&#8217;Arm\u00e9e a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que le stade avait besoin d&#8217;une plus grande maison \u00e9loign\u00e9e du coeur de Bangkok au trafic congestionn\u00e9. C&#8217;est la fin d&#8217;une \u00e9poque pour l&#8217;enceinte la plus mythique du sport star en Tha\u00eflande. Un beau chapitre de l&#8217;histoire du Muay Thai qui va se cl\u00f4turer par une soir\u00e9e exceptionnelle qui verra des boxeurs de renom s&#8217;affronter. Le prix du billet pour l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement sera de 400 bahts pour les citoyens tha\u00eflandais. On ne conna\u00eet pas le prix pour les \u00e9trangers mais il devrait \u00eatre sensiblement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Il faut dire que le Muay Thai fait partie du patrimoine tha\u00eflandais.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau stade dont la construction a commenc\u00e9 en ao\u00fbt 2012 est pr\u00eat. Il gardera le nom de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thailandee.com\/adresses-bangkok\/lumphini-boxing-stadium-bangkok-118\">Lumpini Boxing Stadium<\/a> mais sera pourtant bien \u00e9loign\u00e9 du parc de Lumpinee. Il est situ\u00e9 sur\u00a0 Ram Intra Road et accueillera, avec sa capacit\u00e9 de 3500 places, ses premiers combattants et spectateurs le 11 f\u00e9vrier prochain pour une inauguration officielle pr\u00e9vue le 28 f\u00e9vrier.
