Suite \u00e0 l’ouverture r\u00e9cente du 4e pont de l’amiti\u00e9 reliant la Tha\u00eflande et le Laos,\u00a0Transport Co Ltd, la compagnie de bus publique, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sa 11\u00e8me ligne de bus allant de la province de Chiang Rai \u00e0 Bok\u00e9o au Laos.<\/div>\n

La nouvelle ligne de bus part de Chiang Rai, passe par Chiang Khong pour arrive \u00e0 Bok\u00e9o en \u00a0traversant le nouveau pont sur le M\u00e9kong reliant Chiang Rai et Huay Xai dans la province Bokeo au Laos pour un voyage entre les deux provinces\u00a0“plus pratique”<\/em> selon les mots du\u00a0ministre des Transports.
La ligne utilise des bus climatis\u00e9s de deuxi\u00e8me classe avec 46 si\u00e8ges offrant quatre \u00e0 huit voyages par jour. Les deux pays lui ayant consacr\u00e9 trois bus chacun.<\/p>\n

Le tarif pour un aller simple de Chiang Rai \u00e0 Bok\u00e9o est de 220 bahts (55 000 Kip) et de Chiang Khong \u00e0 Bok\u00e9o 30 bahts (7500 Kip) .\u00a0La ligne s’arr\u00eate \u00e0 la station de bus de Bokeo et couvre une distance de 166 km parcourus en quatre heures.<\/p>\n

Il existe \u00e9galement un transfert en bus sur le pont au moins quatre fois par jour pour un tarif de 20 bahts par personne (5000 Kip) . La travers\u00e9e du pont est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 la circulation automobile. Les v\u00e9los ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s.\u00a0Aucun des ponts de l’amiti\u00e9 ne sont d’ailleurs bizaremment autoris\u00e9s aux bicyclettes.<\/p>\n
