En 1932, suite une p\u00e9riode de grands bouleversements, au Royaume de Siam (ancien nom de la Tha\u00eflande) la monarchie alors absolue est devenue constitutionnelle et la Tha\u00eflande, une d\u00e9mocratie.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2913\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thailandee.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ac.democracymonument--490x401.jpg\" alt=\"rp_Ac.democracymonument-.JPG\" width=\"490\" height=\"401\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thailandee.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ac.democracymonument--490x401.jpg 490w, https:\/\/www.thailandee.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ac.democracymonument-.jpg 492w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 490px) 100vw, 490px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dans les ann\u00e9es 1930, l&#8217;\u00e9conomie souffre des effets de la Grande D\u00e9pression et le Roi Prajadhipok (Rama VII) est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 par beaucoup comme trop jeune et inexp\u00e9riment\u00e9 pour faire face \u00e0 la situation.<\/p>\n<p>En Juin 1932, un coup d&#8217;Etat sans effusion de sang est men\u00e9 par un groupe d&#8217;intellectuels et de militaires. Un ultimatum et une constitution provisoire sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s au Roi.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un premier refus, il finit par signer la charte qui marque la fin de la monarchie absolue en Tha\u00eflande.<\/p>\n<p>Une nouvelle constitution r\u00e9vis\u00e9e et permanente est sign\u00e9 la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, le 10 d\u00e9cembre.<\/p>\n<p>Le gouvernement devient compl\u00e8tement ind\u00e9pendant de la monarchie et le caract\u00e8re sacr\u00e9 et inviolable de la monarchie est instaur\u00e9 ce qui lui conf\u00e8re une autorit\u00e9 morale et le respect qu&#8217;on observe aujourd&#8217;hui.<\/p>\n<p>De par la Constitution, le <a href=\"\/blog\/index.php\/148-anniversaire-du-roi-de-thailande\" hreflang=\"fr\">Roi de Tha\u00eflande<\/a> reste le Chef d&#8217;Etat, chef
