Un classique que vous retrouvez \u00e0 la carte de beaucoup de restaurant en Tha\u00eflande ou sur les march\u00e9s de nuit.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Beignets de poisson au curry\" alt=\"Thod Man Pla\" src=\"https:\/\/fbcdn-sphotos-f-a.akamaihd.net\/hphotos-ak-ash3\/1278040_595357440525376_815713890_o.jpg\" width=\"560\" height=\"370\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de filets de poisson hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>250 g. de haricots verts finement cisel\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1 oeuf battu<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 de tasse de d\u2019\u00e9chalotes coup\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 de tasse d\u2019ail hache<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 de tasse de citronnelle hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re a soupe de coriandre hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de galanga hache<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de zeste de bergamote<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de p\u00e2te de crevettes<\/li>\n<li>5 a 10 piments secs sans graines, broy\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse d\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour faire votre p\u00e2te de curry, \u00e9crasez ensemble les \u00e9chalotes, l\u2019ail, la citronnelle, la racine de coriandre, la galanga, la bergamote, les piments secs pil\u00e9s, le sel et la p\u00e2te de crevette pour former une p\u00e2te fine homog\u00e8ne. <br \/>Passez le poisson au mixer, avec la p\u00e2te de curry obtenue. <strong>Mettez une quantit\u00e9 de p\u00e2te de curry en rapport avec vos go\u00fbts en mati\u00e8re de cuisine \u00e9pic\u00e9e.<\/strong> <br \/> Ajoutez l\u2019oeuf battu. M\u00e9langez aux haricots coup\u00e9s. Fa\u00e7onnez des beignets ronds et plats. <br \/>Chauffez l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale, plongez-y les beignets jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s. <br \/>Servir avec une salade de
