Specialized web sites offer house or flat rentals or even rooms rental in private homes at very good prices all around the world and of course in Thailand !<\/p>\n

Renting a fully equipped apartment in Bangkok<\/h2>\n

Renting an apartment in a condominium in Bangkok is a good alternative. You have more space tha in an hotel room, can have an equipped kitchen, WIFI and especially you feel like at home. And if you come with your family, it is often a lot cheaper option than satyaing at the hotel. And there often \u00a0are interesting facilities in the buildings (laundry, fitness room, tennis court, even a swimming pool sometimes …).<\/p>\n

Prices\u00a0start at 15\u20ac for a small apartment and can go\u00a0very high for luxury apartements\u00a0but the\u00a0average fare is\u00a0between 25 and 60\u20ac\u00a0per night.<\/p>\n

It is best to choose an apartment close to the BTS, the Bangkok Skytrain<\/a>, so you can easily move around and visit the city.<\/p>\n

Pattaya also has many\u00a0apartments or houses you can\u00a0rent for your holidays. There are many condominium with very comfortable and modern flats\u00a0with nice views especially in\u00a0Jomtien area. If the first price is 16 \u20ac per night for forty square meters, count around 35-60\u20ac for one night in a reasonably sized apartment with quality facilities\u00a0and services.<\/p>\n

Renting an apartment in Chiang Mai<\/h2>\n

In Chiang Mai too, you will find many condominium with apartments for rent. By cons, they will be outside the central square, where the most interesting temples and the famous Sunday Walking Street Chiang Mai are located. The apartments rentals \u00a0in the “historical center” of Chiang Mai are not very numerous. In town, the rental prices for an\u00a0apartment start at 19\u20ac for a night.<\/p>\n

Renting a seaside\u00a0villa in Thailand<\/h2>\n

The south of Thailand is full of beautiful islands or cities\u00a0with more or less beautiful beaches. In all of them\u00a0you will find beautiful villas for rent. There are simple houses but also luxurious villas with pool and\u00a0great views over the surroundings. What better way to spend a dream holiday in Thailand ? Especially since the price is often very reasonable and often cheaper than the hotel fares especially if you rent a villa for several persons.<\/p>\n

The Phuket area\u00a0is clearly the destination where villa rentals in Thailand<\/strong> is the most popular and where the rental offer is the most prolific. I must say that this is surely the best way to make the most of a stay with friends or lovers on the southern Thailand island .<\/p>\n

But there are also some very nice\u00a0villas for\u00a0rent in Koh Samui with magnificent views. For cons, the most beautiful houses are often a little isolated and you will need to rent scooters or a car to move around the island.<\/p>\n

That was the destinations with the biggest\u00a0villas for rent offer but there are obviously other places like Hua Hin<\/a><\/strong>, Koh Lanta, Krabi, Ao Nang… where you can also rent a nice villa. The offer is simply less prolific.<\/p>\n

There are several web sites to book a rental villa or apartment in Thailand<\/strong>. The best known is Airbnb but it requires to be a member (it’s free)<\/em> before you can\u00a0book anything. Personally it irritates me.
