The company Kingdom Properties has joined forces with Thailand Elite to create this unique offer. The 20 years visa is in fact a 5-years\u00a0multiple entries visa which is renewable 3 times so you\u00a0can stay in Thailand for up to 20 years.<\/p>\n

But who is Thailand Elite?<\/h2>\n

This is an organization that works on improving and increasing foreign investment in Thailand and is owned by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) under the direct control of the Thai government. Therefore, the offer is serious, reliable and is\u00a0a\u00a0test balloon to perhaps expand it to other real estate projects. But of course,\u00a0you lose your 20-years\u00a0visa if you sell the condo.<\/p>\n

Southpoint Pattaya is in\u00a0two towers with 65 units in Jomtien 30 m\u00b2 to 97 m\u00b2. The construction of the condo will be completed during the second quarter of 2016.<\/p>\n
